Our pricing structure at Personal Career Management is simple and very cost-effective. This is based on our belief that no one should have to pay thousands of euro for excellent careers coaching and advice. We don’t tie our clients into lengthy coaching programmes. Our focus is on working closely with you to advance as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Our offering:
1. Initial Consultation: €75
A one-hour initial consultation lets us learn about you, your particular situation and the issues which you are looking for support on. We will provide you with a suggested tailored programme and the issues which it is suggested that we work on. We do not engage in hard selling.
During the initial consultation we will provide you with new ideas and suggestions so that should you not proceed with one of our packages you will have good advice on how to move forward.
The cost of the Initial Consultation is deducted from the cost of any future coaching packages should you come to the decision that you wish to work with Personal Career Management
2. ‘In-depth’ career coaching package: €399
This coaching package is focused on energising the planning for your career and includes a full psychometric assessment and an audit of your skills, interests and values to generate a comprehensive range of career options.
Based around the above assessment, completed in advance of the session, we will work with you to highlight priorities and to develop a comprehensive Career Development plan and a revamped CV.
The package cost includes a 2 hour career coaching session, personalised Career Report, a revamped CV and follow up support to maintain your progress.
3. ‘In-depth’ career coaching package + follow up session: €499
This package has all the elements of the above ‘In-depth’ career coaching package but includes two separate sessions. The advantage of this type of engagement is that it provides you with the opportunity to think deeply about the ideas and plans discussed in Session1 and to come back to your career coach in the second session with issues and questions which have arisen after the first session.
The package cost includes 2 x two hour career coaching sessions, a personalised Career Report, a revamped CV and follow up support to maintain your progress.
4. Follow up session: €99
The majority of clients require one or two sessions but some find it useful to meet subsequently for assistance on particular issues such as CV refinement, LinkedIn support, interview preparation or how to approach a specific issue in the workplace. A one-hour follow up session is offered at €99.
